Cute Collabo: Christian Siriano for Payless

Note: This Collection is NOT a hot tranny mess!

Warning: These shoes aren’t for the faint at heart

Okay now that we got that out of the way I LOVE this shoe collection! Christian Siriano for Payless is beyond a Cute Collabo and is one of the biggest things that has happened with shoes in a while and definitely the biggest thing that has happened to a Project Runway winner. The shoes ( as well at two purses) are categorized as ready to wear, but scream runway as they should because they did debut at NYC’s fashion week. The Fall 09 collection ( yeah you have to wait until September 2009 to buy) is inspired by the Egyptian landscape with of course mean rich colors, and pyramid details. There are five styles of shoes to choose from the Slither, Saunter, SheDevil, Sand Strap, and Strut, and of course I have favorties .... the SheDevil and Sand Strap (pictured). There are also two handbags the Shanbag tote, and the Sassafras Clutch to add a little runway to an everyday outfit. So starting September 2009 the Christian Siriano collection will be available in stores at Payless Shoes or online at http://www.payless.com/. Until enjoy this video…..

Cute Collabos: Designers for Payless

photo cred: Payless Shoesource

I have to give credit where credit is due, props to Payless Shoesouce for taking a cue from Target and H&M by introducing designer lines from the likes of Lela Rose and Abaete. This is a huge jump from a company who got “celebrity cred” from Star Jones Reynolds. I’m currently kind of in “like” with the Alice +Olivia for Payless line it definitely exudes the girly, fun, flirty and always on trend styles that designer and Alice + Olivia creator Stacey Bendet brings to her pricey clothing line. I already placed my order for the Louisa Ballet Flat (pictured) and I’ll let you know how cute they look on me! With prices for all three lines ranging from $ 25-$ 40 dollars and also include sunglasses, watches, and handbags it can’t hurt to trot on down to your nearest Payless Shoesource or at least check some out online.
