Remember the company 80%20 I told you about a while back? You know the ones whose design theory was we tend to wear the favorite 20% of our wardrobe 80% of the time. Well it looks like Aldo has stolen 100% of 80%20’s look with its Schacht boot. I usually think knockoffs are funny, and even sometimes flattering. However this one is just too much. Since I have first come in contact with the 80%20 line ( long before my first post about them) the chunky hidden wedge has been a the heart of the lines designs and for Aldo to blatantly rip it off along with the rest of the boot is kinda over the top. Not to mention that Aldo didn’t knock off these shoes to make them ridiculously affordable to the masses because they originally retailed for $130.00 (now 89.90 on sale) which is only $58.00 dollars cheaper than the 80%20 original. What's even a little more crazy is Amazon actually sales the original boot by 80%20, as well as the knock off from Aldo. All I have to say to Aldo is KNOCK IT OFF!
