Kira Plastinina is just 16 years old and she already has her own store in NYC and Celeb fashion hangout Robertson Blvd and she’s looking to open 50 more in three years (fingers crossed Bay Area). Her looks are youthful, fun, hell some are even “tacky" (think Forever 21 meets the Savvy section in Nordstrom), but overall this girl has surprising skills for her age. You can take any piece from her collection and mix and match it with pieces in your wardrobe for a put together look and with the average price point of 48 dollar it’s worth the risk.
